Sensei Amber Murphy - RYT 200

Sensei Amber is the Head Instructor of Purple Dragon Kitsilano and a 4th Degree Black Belt. She has been teaching the martial arts for over 12 years, and in 2010 she did her RYT 200 certification with Pacific Elements Yoga. Sensei Amber has studied Ashtanga Yoga over the past decade with Professor Jacob and has recently specialized in Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga.

Her classes invigorate the spirit with challenging asanas; ending with relaxation and a journey into the self.

Pamela Smith-Gander - RYT 200

Pamela has been studying at Purple Dragon Academy for the past 9 years. She attained her 1st Degree Black Belt in 2009 and her RYT 200 with Pacific Elements Yoga this year. Pamela is a Lawyer who embraces a holistic lifestyle.

Her classes encompass a challenging flow with positive, healing energy. Pamela brings the wisdom of Yoga into a joyful practice for all levels.

Pamela subs Mondays and we hope to see her back for Wednesday evening classes

   

 

Martina Wiltschko

Senpai Martina is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in the Don Jitsu Ryu System and has been a yoga practitioner for many years. Her Sunday morning meditation class entails guided and free meditations, postures and Purple Dragon Philosphy (martial arts)
